Managing Workflows (Delete, Rename, Duplicate, Share)

Version History & Restore

Every workflow automatically tracks its complete change history. You can view all versions, compare changes between versions, and restore previous states with one click.

Quick Access:

  • Click the Version History icon in the workflow editor toolbar
  • View all saved versions with timestamps
  • Compare any two versions to see what changed
  • Restore previous versions safely (your current state is preserved)
  • Star important versions to mark milestones
  • Delete unnecessary experimental versions

Learn more: See the Version History & Restore guide for detailed instructions.

Deleting a Workflow

  • Open workflow options → Delete.
  • Confirm. This removes your copy; users who already duplicated keep theirs.

Renaming

  • Click on the name or choose Rename; apply the new label.

Duplicating

  • Use Duplicate to create a copy you can modify safely.

Sharing

  1. Open Share dialog.
  2. Provide description, visibility, monetization (if desired).
  3. Submit (may require moderation for certain worker types inside).

Sharing Widgets

From a workflow or dashboard widget context, choose Share Widget, provide details and publish.

Using Available Workflows

Browse community list, inspect description and pricing chip, then Duplicate or Install as allowed.
